Chantel was born and raised in Georgia in a family of entrepreneurs, where she gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer service through active involvement in the family businesses.
After graduating, she dedicated nearly seven years to serving in the United States Air Force, stationed in Europe and Asia. It was during this time that she developed a passion for architecture, history, and real estate. Chantel’s role in nuclear security and law enforcement provided her with valuable expertise in leadership, confidentiality, and cultural understanding. Her accomplishments in the military earned her recognition from former Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter.
While on active duty, Chantel obtained an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and completed numerous professional development and leadership courses. She spent her free time exploring different countries, immersing herself in their history, and building a diverse network of friends. Her natural aptitude for connecting with people and solving problems positions her as an ideal real estate agent, adept at assisting clients ranging from military families seeking their first home to individuals in search of a historic property with Savannah charm.
