Cord was born and raised on Wilmington Island in Savannah. Having lived in many parts of Savannah and the surrounding areas, Cord has a good sense of the different lifestyles and cultures of each location. Prior to real estate, Cord was in the automotive industry. His background in sales and interest in real estate encouraged him to make the transition. Meeting new people and helping others set and achieve their real estate goals is a definite bonus. He strives to give his clients the utmost in professional service when purchasing or selling a home or property. “Free time” can be limited when you have four boys, but Cord loves being a dad and sometimes getting to be a kid again himself. When possible, playing sports, camping and enjoying time with friends are high on the list of favorite activities.
