Stephanie sold her first million dollar listing over 20 years ago, and has been a Top Producer ever since. She’s been involved in nearly 100 condo sales in the Savannah market, including new luxury developments like the Kessler Collection’s Columbia Place, located in Savannah’s Historic District. As Vice President and Qualifying Broker of Corcoran Austin Hill Realty, Stephanie serves as a key mentor and point of contact for all members of the sales team.
An active Owner and Broker, she’s very much involved in the day-to-day of running a real estate business. She can often be found heading up sales meetings, accompanying agents on appointments, and providing expertise in tough situations where experienced negotiation is required. As an Inman Panelist in 2022, Stephanie’s expertise has extended to the industry on a global level.
But her leadership extends beyond Corcoran Austin Hill, and she’s received significant recognition in the community for her efforts. In 2014, she was the recipient of Generation NEXT award, which recognizes Savannah’s rising stars of business. In 2019, she was awarded Savannah Magazine’s prestigious New Guard award, which acknowledges top-performers in the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and artists. Stephanie strongly advocates for the support of nonprofits like Safe Shelter, that support people in the most trying of times.
In 2019 Stephanie was awarded by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals as one of the Top 10 Georgia Agents for Customer Satisfaction. She’s also a member of The Forbes Real Estate Council, and is a certified residential specialist (CRS), certified buyer representative (CBR), certified luxury home marketing specialist (CLHMS) and certified by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for her commitment to excellence (C2EX).
Stephanie loves to travel and paint, and outside the office you’re likely to find her chasing down her most recent bucket-list item or spending time with her two ‘kids'— Boykin Spaniels who go by Cotton and Baley.
